Makes sense definitely is a Rick Tocchet type player. I definitely wouldn’t be opposed to this depending on the price
I don’t mind Zadorov but I don’t see the fit with Cole and Soucy on the left side unless they think he is a longer term 2nd pair solution that they would like to re-sign.
I just don’t see it. Tocchet allergic to playing Soucy and Cole on their offhand. I could see us pursuing him in the off-season but not currently

No thank you. We already have our left side figured out. We don’t need two years of Zadorov as well. If we didn’t already have Soucy and Cole, then this might actually be something. But since we have them both… Makes no sense.
I’m very much on the Ethan Bear train still. Trade out Beauvillier to free up some cap (Not easy, but find a way). Use that cap space to sign Bear when he’s healthy. Easy.

This would be a really bad move. Zadorov has a big shot and makes big hits but the whole “rest of the game of hockey” thing is not his forte… don’t fix what ain’t broke right now.
