Dang bad juju broke barky then jk about getting rid of oel. 😮 no 4th win now 😒. mahura looks a little worse maybe because the defense is better this year so he looks like he regressed. Less penalties because they are in better position scheme wise and don't have to use sticks as much to make up being beat or out of place .As for paying guys they will take deals to stay 🤞. Especially since they are building families and roots to their homes. Stolarz is fine and I agree with Stu ,Go Cats.
Gotta pair the D in a way that theirs 1 guy who pinches and plays offensive defenseman with a guy who stays back with speed. It's a hard decision though. I was saying last night I think we're better team than last year. I think Mahura isn't doing much due to Ulvis"s offensive play.

If Ekblad stays healthy the rest of the season, he'll be averaging 60 games/year over the last FIVE years. No matter how well he plays, he's only been 3/4 of a player. Tough sell in a trade.
Next year looks like the big pinch for the salary cap, because we have three key UFA's who deserve more. The following year it's Verhaeghe and Bennett, but the cap should be increasing by then. Zito will sign somebody, I'm not worried.
Attendance is averaging 17,500 or so, and that should increase once the snowbirds arrive. Definitely better than last year. I notice that the Bally stream now has some real ads instead of nonstop drunk driving PSAs.
Mahura misses Gudas
I think moving Knight would be a very bad idea. Having a goaltender like him In the wing is huge for our future.

Our weakness is center depth. Or Bennett is that amazing of a player our team looks insanely different.
I also think Rhino playing better is a product of Rodriguez. That line is nasty.
STU- You say he's (4 goal bob ) That's not a great … ( Stat ) to have.. your saying we need to score 4 goals …to lock in a
win we should be winning 2 or 3 goals , not 4 or 5
I have a feeling the powerplay will struggle all season. 3 of our pp players are out, and when they finally gets back you'll have to restart the chemistry again (if this pp ever manage to find some)
