Watching this now after Giroux's 1,000th game played (all with the Flyers) and likely final game as a Flyer. It's simultaneously great to remember the excitement, optimism and awe I felt watching this as it happened, and painful to think I'll probably never see him take the ice again in the orange and black. Here's hoping he wins a Cup before he calls it quits. He deserves it. Thanks for the memories Captain.
