Hey I’m a 16 year old goalie. I’m just wondering if you can help me. 3 years ago I had to quit hockey because of my Anxiety and fear of getting hurt by the puck. I know you worked with nhl goalie Stuart skinner and you really helped him so I was wondering if you could do the same for me…. I started playing again and it’s been a couple of months. And I’ve started to worry about having to quit again. And now every time I play I get worked up and out of breath so that I can’t play if you can help me I would really appreciate it. Hockey is my life it’s one of the best things I have. So if you have any tips please let me know.
