Appreciate the Hab positivity DD. I completely agree that we should give credit to good encouraging performances even when the results do not show it. And I am glad you pointed out the recent successes of the PP. It is interesting to see that all those who liked to put down the PP in the past and were continually ragging on Burrows, are no where to be found now that they are In the Top10. Not very fair to only report and voice the negative, and not reward those who deserve credit when things are going well. I admit to doubting in the "process" at times (my Hab fan impatience) but I do completely accept the high hockey intelligence that MSL brings and is trying to install in the young players (I'm a huge fan of his coaching but not yet convinced on his head coaching, if that makes sense). Anyways, back-to-back games are tough…look forward to the next game.
How could the linesman miss that offside when it was a no brainer, he would have been standing right there with an unobstructed view. It seems that any thing that is even close to offside they don't blow it down knowing full well the Coaches can always challenge it. Frustrating!
slafkovsky is a bust, moreover he got drafted by the worst team, in new jersey he could have achieved 20-30 points per season new jersey drafted nemec instead, better choice slafkovsky isn't the sharpest pencil in the drawer, his reactions are low montreal as a whole is a bag of shlt, and it's a black hole for all young prospects so yes, he is done
If Slaf's "best game" is picking up 0 points in a losing effort, then we're in trouble!! 😬 Good players bury their chances. Good players find sneaky passing lanes. Good players have that killer instinct. Good players make their linemates better. Slaf doesn't do any of those things… Yet… Maybe by 2028, he will? Who knows 🤷
Can't win 'em all but this offside rule had got to go or at least modified so it doesn't constantly slow the game down. It's just dumb imo. Nice to see Slaf actually shooting, it will come eventually. Great review. GHG
yea drew slav is on his way to setting records … nothing good is gonna come from a team that pretends to play the rite players. fast consistent play and players create winning play!!!!!!
I couldn't agree more about the offside no goals. To take away goals like this seems almost criminal and was certainly a momentum killer and could have even changed the end result.
It is kinda hard to watch all games from here in Europe (Slovakia), as most of the games start at 1am, 2am or even 3am in the morning, but I watched this one, and it was amazing. Despite the result, the pace and especially the 1st period, that was something great to watch! Aggresive defence, creative offence. I think coach had a great feeling from this game and will follow up on that.
Im just getting sick of this hate for Slaf… Like yeah, he is no way near Bedard talentwise but cmon… You can see those glimmers of greatness in him. He is a big boy, kinda athletic and with a potential of being a rly good power winger. Just give him some quality time with good players and once he will break this curse, he will be a steady 70+pts player. He is fken 19! Be patient.

Its not even half of the season wait till they get the spacing right… Who knows slaf might make 20pts in the last 40 games
Please calm down about the offside stuff. Ranting is never interesting. Otherwise the show is good.
he needs to be on first PP

Yes, Slaffie needs to shoot more, he can't have any worse luck than Josh Anderson. Go Habs!

I think Cole is off his game not playing with Nick, that or he needs longer legs to be able to stay at the blue line.
Just found and subbed to your channel. Nice to see a fellow CH fan in the Niagara Region!
IM BIG sLAF FAN… BUT gALLY IS THE REAL PULLING HORSE SO FAR…

One little change to offsides be great, as soon as the puck touches the blueline and its onside
cole caufside
Trying everything to boost Slouchkovsky's confidence.
Since Slafkovsky is playing better, it's time to reunite Caulfield and Slafkovsky with Suzuki

Great job Drew, been watching you from the start of HT and now watching your channel steadily grow. keep it up
I think Slafkovski should put hockey tape on his stick. The puck seems to roll off his blade way too often which creates giveaways.
Love your positive take!

Appreciate the impression
