New York Rangers former 1st overall pick Alexis Lafreniere got off to a slow start in his career for many reasons but now has had a role in the top 6 with Peter Laviolette as the head coach.

You havenāt been watching many games have you? Laff isnāt playing with Mika and kreider heās playing with panarin and Trocheck/Chytil
Also they were playing Columbus when he tied the game late he got the GWG in wild game
Yep, I am one of those guys who thought we were getting close to time to move on from him. I admit I was an idiot. He'll might put up 30G's this year…. if he continues on a line with Panarin and Vinny
At 3:20 i said Lafreniere has been playing with Kreider and Zib not sure why I said that but he's with Panarin and Trocheck
in my eyes, laviolette is proving himself and proving me wrong alot more than laf. i knew lafs potential and i think the years on third line taught him all the little things about the game, and of course he has crazy scoring potential. Laviolette is genuinely looking like an incredible coach that somehow found a way to get the most out of all these players, and actually managed to bring a system to the team. through his coaching, so many players are playing to the best of their ability and far better than alot could have expected. if galant, whom i did not hate, were still the coach, i sincerely foubt we see this from laf, and others

I'm so glad Laffy is having a breakout season. He had a solid season last year and now is following that up with an even better season. Laffy is heading in the right direction with his progression.
He's 22! I hate internet IDIOTS always JUDGING and PUTTING WORDS in people's mouth!
Buddy I just subbed to your channel you got to get the content right it was playing Columbus when he scored the second and the third goal which was the game time goal not the wild and it wasn't an empty net goal and he doesn't play with Mika and Kreider. I'll keep watching but you got to get that stuff right man there's a lot of good channels out there. Appreciate you taking the time to put this all together
They dominated the columbus wild
Great player. His skillset was evident from the get-go, just needed a few years to adjust to the NHL. He's always in the right place at the right time, which we can see by how often he scores backdoor off the rush. Good at creating and finding space to make plays, has great hands and vision as well as a physical element to his game which he uses to spearhead the forecheck. It was only a matter of time until he would start showing out, glad to see him proving people wrong.
I was really hoping he would improve and so far Iāve been impressed.
He is not playingbwwith Kreider & Mika, he's paired with Bread & Trochek. And it was the bluejackets not wild. Editing is key
Keep Trocheck at second line center with Lafreniere and Bread. As for Chytil, Chytil is quick handed and can skate fast. Why not with Trocheck showing his metal on the second line; can't we try Chytil on the top line with Mika and Chris. Kakko is a very skilled player and Wheeler is definitely growing on me a bit. but there are noticeable differences in speed and timing. Chytil fits great with Panarin and Chytil will fit great on the top line right wing. As was proven, although briefly, by both previous coaches in Gallant and Quinn. Chytil is great on the wing and he sucks at face-offs when the Rangers are second in the league in face of wins. It time to get real with where we are at. We got skills and we have a good coach for our room. On a different note……as for the mistakes in your videos, my advice is watch the games. You have to!; especially if you are to report on them. Me and the boys watch every second of every game. This is what Rangers fans do. We want accuracy we want to trust the information provided at the end of a hard day. Just my cents. Thanks for the hard work.
Hey bud, you got the line wrong mate, Laf aināt playing with Mika and kreids
Not even 25% of the way into the season. I've see this movie before, let's see where he is by season's end.
Canāt say much about kakko taco that dude needs to go immediately
Who was wrong? He's been completely underwhelming for a 1st overall pick up until like 6 games ago.
It helps that Lafreniere has a coach that won't bench him or demote him over one mistake, which is great for his confidence. I also noticed in seasons past, when he'd be up in the top-six, I think we was a little tentative with the puck because I think he knew a mistake would get him demoted by Gallant, so he often deferred to Kreider, Zibanejad or Panarin and wasn't as assertive with it as he should have been.
It's also nice that Laviolette isn't putting his lines in a blender game after game like Gallant did, which is letting Lafreniere stay up in the top-six and generate chemistry with Trocheck and Panarin
Give the kid a break…. he's 22….go Rangers š°šŗšøš¦«šŖ
