Here’s a thought… No more expansion. 32 teams is PLENTY, and if a city wants a team they gotta wait until one folds.
Expansion drafts suck for teams close to building a contender, and/or teams in the middle of a rebuild.
There’s absolutely nothing good about expansion drafts for any team except the expansion team.

People are pissed because the government is giving 5-7 millions $ to help a billionaire bring its team here while the Habs were happy to come play without asking for any money. all of this while the government is negotiating with all the workers from the public sector and can’t stop crying about how they don’t have enough money to increase the offer.
