  1. he wanted to spend his career in vancouver win lose or draw. he wanted a payday which the canucks couldn't give him. i hope he gets a standing O.

  2. Bo is a class act . Do not forget , Canucks signed JT first so , how can you blame Bo ? I hope the fans in attendance show as much class as he has shown

  3. Horvat was a good 2nd line center. That's all. He has moved on and now needs to help his new team. There is no tears from me on his leaving. Wish him well in long Island.

  4. I beleived he was the heart of our team. When we not had much competative soul.We were deciding between Millar And Horvet were we not?
He has a reasonable gripe how he was handled. It worked well for both the Nucks and the Isles in the long run.Go Nucks Go !!!!!!!!

  5. The team and fans should be completely ignoring Bo. Neither boo or cheer. He simply wasn't a big enough star here to warrant the attention.

  6. Only time Horvat said anything interesting…when was gone. F Bo Horvat…tell ya that for free

  7. He deserves to be cheered by the fans. He got his bag in New York and is massively overpayed and now we have Quinn Hughes as C… nothing to be mad about.

  8. Why would anyone Boo him. They traded him and he moved on and signed with the Islanders. It was a mutually beneficial trade. No need to Boo anyone.

  9. Oh yea I get to watch the whole game tonight on Max chock full of commercials but it is better than listening

  10. Horvat wasn't the reason the team was terrible. Granted, did trading him for essentially a winger and a top 4 2 way defenseman make the team better? Absolutely. They needed help on the back end, and Hronek is simply more valuable to this team than Horvat because of how the team was structured. Bo took a lot of blame for things he couldn't control, and the dysfunction on and off the ice wasn't really on him. I get why he'd feel like he escaped from Guantanamo Bay right now, because if you haven't been humiliated and embarrassed by the actions of the team you cheer for from ownership down, you're not paying attention. His choice of words weren't great, but from his perspective, he went from a franchise that was a dumpster fire with fans booing him and his teammates out of the building to a playoff race with fans cheering him. Of course he's happier. The situation was what it was. Sometimes you have to give up a really good player to make the team better and that's (inadvertently) what the Canucks did in the Horvat trade. Beauvillier hasn't been exactly lighting it up this year, but he's also not been a liability.
