Maybe the lady in red should sit behind the opposing team’s bench every game. I dunno.

  2. Hart looked beautiful tonight. Didn’t miss a beat

  3. Nutella_Flyers

Cahtah Haht was amazing tonight. Never want him to leave.

  4. DELCO-PHILLY-BOY

Put up 1 goal against one of the worst defensive teams in hockey history and give that team their first win in twelve games, then proceed to sweep the remaining three games of the roadie against two bona fide contenders and a team that’s on the upswing.

    That’s so Flyera

  5. MikeMacBlu

We haven’t lost since losing to the Sharks. Is that the secret to success?

  6. Babou_Serpentine

Great win with Hart being my first star. But this powerplay is so gross my poops are only getting smaller and harder with each game. For context, the last time the Flyers scored on a powerplay, Matthew Perry was still alive to see it.

  7. EmoGothPunk

Give me Win Bear to cuddle with in my sleep!

  8. nitropuppy

Sean walker put some minutes in tonight hot damn

  9. Most-Iron6838

Are the flyers actually a fringe playoff team? Not sure how I feel about this. Like I love for them to win and the young guys to get good and for Carter to be the franchise goalie we have been looking for since the late 80s but then again they don’t have the talent to contend and need to rebuild to become champions

  10. Natural_Marketing_72

I know Bouche said Carter Hart is sticky but so am I after that performance.

  11. StubbornLeech07

Not sure I remember seeing Zamula in the third.

  12. No-Property-8470

Carter looked about as elite as you can look in net tonight.

Calm, measured, in control, and quick. Love the Flyers, but love watching them a little bit more when he’s in net.

  13. Physical-Bread2173

Also… Bonk scored two goals tonight

  14. guyfromphilly

If they still did the McDonald’s Powerplay payoff, somebody would eventually be able to put a down payment on a house. It would be $650 right now

  15. Really enjoyed the last few games. Players look like they’re buying into Torts’ system.

  16. RisingEephus8

Was there. Cahtah is ridiculous. TK is awesome. Tippett needs to be resigned. Zemula is quite bad.

  17. I know each game is different, but sanheim won’t survive the season playing 28 minutes a game. Great game tonight!

  18. This team is going to be streaky, winning streaks and losing streaks, they are young and will be fun to watch.

  19. Assassin2107

Hart was great now that he’s back, and I thought all of TK, Tippett and Walker all played noticeably well.

As far as players not playing well, Foerster has to go down to the AHL, or otherwise be given the good old “Torts is forcing you to take a break” scratch. He’s so obviously off his game, and it’s not even just a matter of “He’s not scoring” that’s the issue. He’s battling for pucks well and I like the details of his game generally, but Foerster is not making the intelligent plays when he gets the puck that he usually does. Anybody that saw that play where TK does some great evasion on the boards, gets the puck to Foerster, and Foerster just hands the puck back while TK is nearly pinned on the wall should see what I’m talking about. Foerster never does that last year.

Other than that, I think the initial Zamula hype is dying down. He’s definitely got to improve if he wants to find himself valued by the team as far as the future of the defense goes.
