  1. Disappointing to watch as a fan, but you can't deny they've had a lot of games recently and Calgary was able to capitalize on that fatigue with a very hardworking game. Calgary will win a lot of games if they play that well. I wish we'd gotten that double-minor when a high stick cut Garland in the 2nd… it was an easy call… think that would've completely changed the game…. but what can you do.

  2. The refs were a bit strange in this imo. They let them play pretty much all game with limited pp time, but when it came to the faceoff circle, they were ruling with an iron fist. I don't know the stats, but for the first two periods, it seemed a center man was getting waved out in over 50 % of the faceoffs. Anyway, the Flames were the rested team, and it showed. For a time there in the second period, it looked like the nucks were playing with weights around their ankles. The Flames should really celebrate that win over a tired squad because I can guarantee the boys are going to be all over them the next time they play.

  3. Playing four games in six nights will certainly suck the juice outta them. Ran out of gas tonight. It'll only get tougher the next few weeks with another back-to-back games.

  4. Canucks are coming back down from the clouds and soon they'll be out of contention ..without demko they'd be toast …
