Joshua Roy made his AHL debut and had himself a night with goal and a assist as he was one of Laval’s best players. Logan Mailloux showed off his passing skills and dropped the gloves to stick up for Mattias Norlinder who was hit hard. Sean Farrell also showed some good things in what was a forgettable night for many of Laval’s players.
Dobes – stopped 10 of 15
Roy – 1 goal, 1 assist, 2 shots, -1
Farrell – 1 assist, 2 shots, +1
Heineman – 1 assist, 2 pims, -3
Norlinder – 1 assist, 2 shots, 2 pims, -2
Condotta – 1 assist, +1
Roy Goal – 1:22

Good for Logan. We're developing some character youngsters. Not much of a fight. But not the point. He stepped in for his teammate.
Roy is very good.
Goalie wasn’t good
AHLTV should be ashamed at the video quality.
Why are guys with no NHL upside playing over young guys with possible NHL upside? Isn't the AHL about development? How are they supposed to develop by not playing?
Norlinder and Farell look like little bitches
Roy was the best Laval player, Armia , I guess it is easier when your playing a bunch of kids, only Armia can get 2 goals and still suck!
Armia will get his chance back in the NHL is he keeps this up, probably get picked up by some team off waivers with Cap space or he can be a solid Ahl player. He was very good on the penalty kill tonight
Trudeau est vraiment pire defenseur
Hughes needs to move some players there was 8 or 9 scratches tonight
the fog makes it look so cool. kinda like watching hockey from 1970s
Wow jakub dobes saved 15 shots in 22 shot what a great goalie
canucks made u look like boys
Mailloux is always going to take a lot of flack for 'owning up' to what many a CHL Juniors hockey players has done in their past and gotten away with. But he has 'owned up' to it , and even taken the heat for some other players that have done much worse , and has come out of it a better person. This guy (no longer a kid) deserves a lot of respect. As for Josh Roy , say Hello to the next Guy Lafleur for the french media in Quebec. This guy has it all.
Goaltending on both sides was poor.
Farrell will never play in the NHL
Stp est-ce possible que le commentateur s'achète un micro.
The last pre season game I mentioned that Anderson was the smartest player on the ice and he looks good on Laval. However what I saw was why they are in the AHL they lack scoring touch geesh they could have had 60+ shots to net tons of puck control offensive zone control but struggled with quality of shots.Having said that I am ok if they are at least just directing pucks at the net and hustling in for rebounds you score goals like that.
Some sketchy decisions in their own end but overall they look fast and should be a contender but need more finish.
maillet a mailloux XD
