OK, so in this video, were gonna take a look at Tomas Tatar, and how this guy is set to become an NHL unrestricted free agent at the end of this 2021 season. Should the Habs consider bringing him back? Afterall, they are kinda weak on the left side of their roster, especially with Jonathan Drouin’s future unknown. Or should they let Tomas Tatar go play with another team, and try and bring in another player during the off season, through free agency or trade.

3-2 Habs Ducharme should play Goal Caufield more if he's smart. The dude just contributes to an offensive push that the habs need.

I like tatar. There was a lot of shit in the last two seasons.
The problem: UFA at 4.5 right now. He is in decline and will try to get a multi year contract. Not worth the money at this point in time.
Let Tatar, Danault, and Armia walk! Just give the young guys roster spots so that they can develop! Otherwise they are never going to make the NHL!
Great 👍video, on that yes his # were down this year ,but compare his # s to Danault for same time . And as I said if you look at Danault s circle # s in the faceoffs this playoffs ,their horrible. Hes had the worst # s Mathews has been killing him there which has caused goals if you look at the film. Also he s been assigned to Mathews ,and has lost him several times which has allowed mathews to score or set them up. So in comparison, Danault is total garbage, over rated. And Evan's would do a better job on Mathews. And for Tatar ,I m not impressed with this season, but however at least if you compare the two ,Tatar verses Danault, Tatar loses Danault easily in the season # s . So Tatar serves a purpose to get us in to the playoffs . But than you might as well sit him in playoffs. Where as Danault serves no purpose s . No where near the production in season ,and useless in playoffs. And believe me it was nice to see t s n at least focusing on how bad Danault has been in the playoffs no production, our worst # s in the circle ,and lost assignments on Mathews . Which I know Evan's would do a way better job in his place. So between Tatar or Danault is truthfully pretty easy .Tatar hands down ,he produces in season ,and he set up Suzuki last night . So he wins the season battle . And I don't like either other in playoffs. But he leads there as well. So if we keep one Tatar ,he at least helps get us to playoffs . Danault s left over trash that helps your opponent s. Great video 😆 And again for those who don't agree move on ,it's my opinion, no ones going to change it ,I respect all other opinions even when I don't agree . 👍But really they both could go . I just think Tatar at least produces to get us to playoffs . Other than that the both of them don't cut it.

1-0 habs. My BOLD predictions: 53:30 time on attack for leafs, 57 shots, 15:24 power play mins, and Matthews gets his helmet knocked off twice and camera shows him laughing hysterically. As for habs, six shots on goal, 3:58 time on attack, Eric Staal back in for caufield and Anderson plays less than 3 minutes.

If he is willing to take a contract worth around 3.8 per year then he could be worth it. I agree tho his playoff performances have been lacking, he was a healthy scratch in Vegas before being traded to the habs.

If you're gonna drop Tuna, you might as well drop Danault as well. The only reason to keep either is to have that Tatar – Danault – Gallagher line as your shutdown/possession line because of that chemistry. Both these players have had a sharp decline, especially Danault. Get Evans and Poehling up there and free up Gallagher to be the triggerman on a more offensive line
