    What a GREAT comeback win for the Stars after that hideous choke job at home to the Avs the other night! Snapping the Rangers' 11-game point streak and doing it in front one of Dallas's sports LEGENDS, Mike Modano, who will have a statue put up next to another Dallas sports LEGEND, Dirk Nowitzki, in front of the AAC coming in March! What a month so far for DFW sports! The Rangers win the World Series, Jimmy Johnson will be going into the Cowboys Ring of Honor and now, Modano will have his statue put up in front of the AAC!

    Stars fan – Robertson is really getting shown up to be a pretty ineffective player when he isn't riding a wave of luck and his line mates' hard work. I watch every Stars game, and the past couple of seasons have made no sense as he has been scoring at a rate that he really shouldn't have, given how uninvolved he is throughout games. He would do literally nothing all game, but then suddenly grab a random goal from 1 shot, pick up a couple of PP assists, and from nowhere he's got a 3 point game from standing around, barely touching the puck, whilst everyone else does the hard work. His numbers were nowhere near sustainable with how he was playing, and the bubble has definitely burst now while everyone else is soaring.

    That top line looked so much better tonight without him, and I hope De Boer has the balls to keep him off of it for a while until the kid realises he has to work a lot harder than he currently is, rather than Hintz/Pavelski doing everything for him. Feels weird criticising someone who's scored 40+ in the last 2 seasons, but when you look past the stats and actually watch him play, he doesn't do anything to warrant those kind of numbers.

    Rangers with the easiest strength of schedule, get way overhyped, lose against the first tough team they face. It's almost too predictable.
