hope TDA never sees a shift again, his horrific defense outweighs any of his offensive significance

Honestly would rather see Orlov on PP2 but Baby steps. As long as TDA is out of the lineup, I’m happy

The only possible reason for TDA continuing to be in the lineup as of late is Rod trying to showcase him and up his trade value.
Dude doesn’t have any trade value, we’ll be sending somebody a draft pick to take him away. Mark my words

So I wonder if those comments players were making about certain guys not buying in were about TDA after all. Excited to see how the defense looks tonight

I think it’s possible to read too much into this. The Oilers have a couple of the most dangerous forwards in the game. Wanting another defensive defender makes sense on its own without needing another narrative.
And i’m not defending TDA. His offense hasn’t been grear. We have had a solid run on the power play with him involved. His defense is sarcastically bad. It’s like he’s mocking the idea of defense with his play.
So the bad outweighs the good right now. But it’s a long season, and there’s no reason to do something drastic. So, probably nothing drastic will happen.

If Slavin gets a point on the PP tonight we’ll never see TDA again as long as everyone’s healthy.

Where in the arena does Bally do the intermission report where I see all the fans standing behind them?
