  1. Joel holfter deserves to be a starter blues will protect him i don’t see why they won’t let a young goalie be a starter he trustes the blues asp why can’t they trust him

  2. I hope the next time we play the wild they put holfter in and not binnington we don’t want another dumb repeat like last time with binnington

  3. Great point w parayko elevating his game, he really has been good, showing flashes of the number 1 he was projected to be

  4. Joel Hofer looks like a legitimately good goalkeeper for the Blues, 65 saves out of 67 or something like that in his first couple of games as goalie 1. Could he take Biner’s job next season or no?? I know he’s gonna take the place of Thomas Griess who is going to retire after this season. Binner will probably still retain his job despite his antics this season but he reminds me of how Patrick Roy played goalie. Hofer has talent and he’s confident he can do the job, they actually play well in front of him too compared to Binnington which they’ve expected him to be Super Man stop every shot. They need more shots on goal idk how you fix that problem.

  5. Parayko is a great 1st pairing defender if paired with the right shut down type partner. I don’t think he’s the type of defender that can be a #1 with just anyone. He’s not consistent or gritty enough. He needs his partner to provide those things.

  6. Parayko has been great lately!

Side note, this was the first year of his 8 year contract, so 7 more to go. Lets hope these past few weeks are a turning point for him!
