The Toronto Maple Leafs have traded defenceman Connor Carrick to the Dallas Stars, in exchange for a 7th round pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, that becomes a 6th round pick if Carrick plays 50 games for the Stars in 2018-2019. This is a good deal.
