November totals (revised for clarity):
* Sharangovich, 11 gm, 4 G, 4 A, 8 Pts, +/-: -1
* Toffoli, 10 gm, 2 G, 4 A, 6 Pts, +/-: -11
Gotta add in Sharon’s pk ability.
Conroy knew what he was doing when making that trade. I considered it a win from day one
Also the only guy that’s almost always guaranteed to score in a shootout/penalty shot
We’ll see in a few months
Anyone catch the stars broadcast on Yegors goal
“Succulent little backhand dump through the legs of Suter” 👁️👄👁️
Season total Toffoli’s still leading our team: 9g 7a 16 pts vs 5g 5a 10pts for shango
Always loved the trade. Shango is amazing
Some fans wrote the guy off only a few games in. That kind of thinking really confuses me.
Toffolis playoff experience is more valuable for the devils than for the flames
The Flames also immediately got faster with that trade. I saw a Montreal fan once say that Toffoli skates like an old-school cartoon character runs. He always seems to be moving his legs rapidly but not going anywhere fast.
I loved the move to get Toffoli and I loved the move to get something for Toffoli. I really hope Conroy can get Sharangovich to sign a nice ‘team friendly’ extension this summer. He’s only signed through next season then he’s a UFA.
