The NYR are a contender and it’s not even a question. I’m a canes fan and watching rangers hockey is super fun. Especially that power play. It almost always scores. They didn’t even have Adam Fox today or Chytil. Great job rangers and I bet all you rangers fans are having a wonderful day 😅.

Boston def doesnt suck. Never count them out. It wasnt until the 3 goal lead that i could exhale. Rangers played nearly 60 today. When Fox is back going to be even better.

It's great to see Quick again, saw glimpses of him last season too with the Knights but this season, yup that's Jonathan Quick in the net.
Might not be in his prime and might not be able to bring it every night anymore but as far as backups go, you'd be hard pressed to find a better one right now.
This is a good Rangers team, I'll admit it. Going against key injuries, finding ways to win, trusting the coach and the system that's in place, those are things that bring success.
It's still not perfect and rather worryingly for the rest of the division, I think they still have more to give. I get it sounds like I'm belittling their form now but that's not my intention at all, I really think there's another gear there and if they can get it in at the right time, well with how the Jets and the Giants are NY deserves something good at least.
Rangers vs kings revenge cup series featuring a motivated Jonathan Quick. I would watch that.

As a NYR fan I wasn't crazy about this game. Collapse of defensive structure around Quickie. I'm hoping it was just a symptom of playing a tough game against Philly yesterday. Hathaway, Deslauriers and co.were tough to play against.I enjoyed the outcome and the 4th line getting on the board today. But NYR must get back to standing up tall against zone entries and making better reads within their structure.
