From the angle at 0:47, it looks like Trouba and Frederic were tangled up, Frederic was holding onto the stick and Trouba tried to break free, but it unfortunately caught Frederic on the side of the head. 1) I hope Frederic was okay from that and 2) Regardless of intention, it was still pretty reckless and I"m shocked he only got a $5000 fine and not a suspension,
That should be a10 game suspension on Trouba at least for a two handed attack with his stick to the head! 5000$ slap on the wrist , what afing joke ! Fire Parros and Bettman please they stink!
The league must have given Trouba a free pass to hit anyone in the head, doesn't matter if it's a 2-handed swing with his stick, elbow or shoulder. License to injure.
