    canucks bad 1st period & lucky islanders hit post twice & poor decion making by demko couldnt end the game after 3rd goal canucks showed very poor defence during stretches of the game its concerning overall great win

    Miller was a Beast tonight for the Canucks! He had an important role in all four Canucks goals: a one-timer PPG- a saucer pass to Boeser PPG – a screen on Hronek's goal – a beautiful pass to Hughes on OT goal. In all fairness, we as Canucks are down on Miller when he is off his game; however, he also deserves to be duly respected and praised when he has a night like this for the Canucks.

    Never liked Tocchett , I Watched his whole career and he was a bully. Always attacking players who weren't ready to fight and always playing dirty. Hitting players who were down, eye gouging, Headbutting and always getting the jump on someone.

    Rick Tocchet needs more recognition of what he has done with this team in a short period. He has met and exceeded most expectations and taken his team to #1 in the west in his first year as an NHL coach.

    Tocchet brought respect to AZ while he was there. For whatever moronic reason, they fired him. Now he´s in Vancouver and he has them playing phenomenal hockey. They´ve been young and strong for a while, now they have leadership and direction. Edmonton who? The VGK are tough, but there´s another big boy in the Pacific. It will be interesting to see how far Vancouver goes. Who knows, maybe it´s the Canucks who end Canada´s cupless streak.

    hey Toc can your teach your players how to tie a clover knot. they look dumb with crooked ties and you do it right.

    Hate when media types try the past and present player comparisons. Quinn Hughes is Quinn Hughes and is a fantastic player. Bobby Orr is a legend from 50 + years ago that changed the game and position he played like no one else. Please media types work a little harder at your job and ask some intelligent questions once in a while.
