What we have forgotten: This car is the most successful Williams ever had!!!…This masterpiece gained 12 Victories..! But it's a little bit in the shadow of the FW14…Don't know why…
I'd rather watch these 96 cars race today, than the engineering masterpiece no passion no sound machines of today. The 96 Williams was an amazing car, so it was pretty special to see Damon being out-qualified in the 96 Monaco GP by half a second with a much much worse ferrari.

One of my favorite Williams cars. In the 3.0L era these cars have the better engines. Didn't rev too high. But the whole car is too good, from design to the classic Rothmans colors.
Damon, in 2021 you remember so well what happened in 1996? So happy your memory improved compared to 1994 when you remembered nothing about what happened to your car in 1994.

Hill was never that great. 94 Williams with around 100 hp extra then Schumacher's benneton, Schumacher disqualified from 4 race's and still took championship to last round. I realise Williams didn't handle great beginning of year but benneton wasn't any better every driver for benneton between 94,97 struggled. Verstappen, Herbert, Berger, JJ leto , Jean alesi all struggled big time compared to Michael. He is the only one that mastered it. Then 95 hill got hammered by Schumacher. benneton still inferior aero-dynamically to Williams but now equipped with Renault V 10 engine Hill never looked like troubling Schumacher. Neither did his team mates.

Front row starts for every race in 1996 for Damon. 9 all Williams front rows in 1996 for the team. 12 wins total, 8 for Damon, 4 for Jacques in his rookie season. Only two other men would win all season. Schumacher 3 times, and Panis in Monaco. I think I’m right in saying that this was the team’s most prolific season. What a car. And it’s so damn beautiful to boot.
This one of the highlights of my 2021 British Grand Prix weekend seeing Damon driving around in that wonderful FW18

Mas porque compara Damon hiil 🏴💯 campeão mundial de fórmula de F1 96 com Schumacher bom o cara e bom e isso está provado não mas foi um piloto mediano como diz acho que não foi um fo um ótimo piloto sensacional bom mesmo bom comparlo a Senna e schumacher não não ele estava alí disputando o título também com os outros e teve como expiração seu pai que também foi um piloto foi fera nas pistas de lá e que também foi ótimo show e infelizmente faleceu no acidente de avião ✈️🛬 assim como o brasileiro levar o nome da pista de Interlagos aqui em sp e bom show viu ele estava revivendo matando a saudade do carro e do seu primeiro título mundial da que le ano viu e assim como hant em 76 Alan Jones em 80 e keke Rosberg em 82 bom como mansell 🏴👍💯💯💯💯 em 92 e velenuve um ano depois e olhar um dos belos carros maravilhoso que tiveram viu e antes das belas ferraris Mercedes e mclarens e brabham lótus e por aí vai não va dizer que o schumacher con a benetton fez história piquet antes gheard Berger muitos outros viu lembrando que Michael Schumacher foi depois deles irmão não e colocar os carros na frente dos bois não assim está furando filar e parabéns pelo belo vídeo 📻📷 show grande hiil 🏴💯💯💯 viva damon hiil 🏴💯💯 acelera ai irmão
