I want him coming to the rangers
He’s going to Detroit
Would Loved him signed with Buffalo Sabres here he from Buffalo,NY
Wings or Leafs Wings or Leafs
Loved watching Kane in his prime…but to be honest will he be relevant this late in his career…?the rangers paid a lot last year to get him and that didn’t work out great. Maybe he’s best suited in a market that needs to build up a fan base…the south desperately needs more fans.
I know this is probably just cap saving but leafs sent down both steeves Mcman and Benoit according to cap friendly but it’s probably just a paper move
kane as a leaf would be sick
People acting like it’s still 2013 😂
Who would want Kane after seeing him last year….plus coming off major hip surgery?. he's a non factor. all sparkle and no substance
If Kane doesn’t sign in Toronto he’s a fool
It will be the panthers. When youre recovering from this type of surgury. Thats heat really helps instead of the co;d weather, It will be the panthers,
All rumors and theories make sense but I believe that Kane's best fit is with the up and coming Red Wings. I think Kane and Detroit are mutually interested in reuniting Kane with DeBrincat, and Kaner could be a nice veteran presence to help the Wings take the next step and exit the rebuild. They have solidified themselves as a contender in the tough as nails Atlantic Division so far, so I expect to see Yzerman and Lalonde figure out a way to keep it up or help the team kick up a notch. This is a good building year and it could help Detroit get some experience, especially if they bring in a former champion to guide them to new heights.
The big question that comes with Kane potentially signing in Detroit is where he plays but I personally say the second line would be ideal. The top line ADB-Larkin-Raymond has been playing really well so having Kane as a second liner would immediately add extra depth for Detroit, and he could easily slide into the first line if Raymond ever gets into a slump. Kane being with ADB and Larkin as the top power play unit would make Detroit extra deadly, we saw how good he was with Toews and DeBrincat in Chicago.
It just makes too much sense for Detroit to get Kane, especially since they have solidified themselves as a playoff contender so far. Watch out for Kaner to dawn the Winged Wheel and force the league to take notice.
Boca raton bound
if Florida gets Kane. They will win the Atlantic division
My best friend is a Blackhawks fan and Kaner was his favorite player. I've followed his career for years and he's without a doubt one of the best American born hockey players to play the game, but it's not 2015. Kaner is coming off a surgery that is career threatening and he's in his late 30's. He could prove to be a good depth scoring winger for some team on a 1 year cheap show me deal….but I don't see the Leafs being that team. It might have made more sense at last year's trade deadline, but I think it would be a huge mistake for Treliving to go down that road. The Leafs need solid defense in a bad, bad way.
