Officiating is awful. Two missed calls in the first period right in front of the refs.
Rangers need to stop turning the puck over. Miller may as well pass to the opponent with some of the TOs. Bad
My thoughts on last nights game:
Quick was great
That Mika blocked shot early in the game made up for his lack of offensive production
The forehand backhand top corner deke is now known as the Lafrienere
Bonino was a puck magnet
Miller has been undisciplined the past few games
Trouba was sloppy
NYR PK was like a spider web around the net. Every time Pens tried to center it, it got intercepted
Zach Jones finally made a good play (intercepted a high pressure chance down low)
Pittsburgh wasn’t sharp at all. They had a lot of chances, but no finish to their game. Even Crosby & Guentzel were having a hard time reeling in passes
Karlsson shouldn’t have won the Norris last year. I said what I said
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Jarry was good
Every time I heard the Let’s Go Pens horn I made farting sounds
So far Quick has outplayed Igor……by a good amount !
Rangers keep winning and finding different ways to win.
Quick is fantastic and I am happy we have him, that said Igor is our #1 Goalie now until he decides to quit so any contrary conversation is absolutely stupid and a complete waste of breath and or brain power. He will have up and down times but he IS our #1 star goalie so please lead us not unto stupidom. Let's instead discuss the fact our #1 Line is missing a winger rendering them mostly ineffective, there is a HOF player out there and or a brilliant prospect in Hartford so please Chris make the move already our luck won't hold out forever. Laffey is all over the place always moving trying to get himself room to shoot and Bonino is buonissimo, Nick the Wall had a very strong game and is a complete team player always giving himself up for the good of the group, the guy earns his pay every night John Madden would have loved him. Happy Thanksgiving Jon and to all Ranger Fans everywhere.
We’ve got back to back games coming up and I’d actually love to see Quickie in goal against Boston. I have a feeling he’d really blow everyone’s mind knowing what this rivalry means.

The humbleness of Quick overall has taken me by surprise really. As a salty rangers fan who wont forget the cup loss, Im blown away by Quick.
He could have very easily hung up the skates, called it and had arguably a HOF career to sit on. I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to be a back up. But he has taken the role fantastically here. some guys just want to be there and help a team win no matter what and thats the vibe im getting from Quick. All in all seems to be the kinda guy the rangers need in the room and on the ice
Laff was actually very noticeable against stars if you actually watched the game
Crosby wasn’t matched up against Mika line he was matched up against panarin line
