It’s brutal reading the sentence “It’s more like they have two top-line forwards, nine middle-sixers and two bottom-liners” and knowing that we have nobody (aside from Dach of course) in our system that is likely to fix this situation. The rebuild is going to take a long, long time.
Edit: it’s also extremely generous to describe Suzuki and Caufield as top-line forwards, at least in terms of production. They currently sit tied for 70th in scoring. You can make a convincing argument that we actually have no top-line forwards at all.
