Yah, the statements about misconduct and unsafe work environment hints at some sort of hazing incident. I’m not sure how a team can so publicly get rid of a player, but leave everyone in the dark about what happened. If it was truly something so egregious, shouldn’t fans, players, and other organizations know about it? All this does is keep the rumor mill spinning. My guess is it’s something that isnt illegal, which is why are keeping quiet and dont want a libel or slander lawsuit. Still, at the very least, they should release the findings of the investigation.

Chicago is a case study in what not to do for PR.
They’ve done nothing and expect the rumors to stop.

Honestly more glad for Bedard here. I know we all like to laugh at the NHL’s new “Golden Boy” but I can’t imagine what he’s going through right now, at only 18 people joking and spreading a rumor about your mom

They just don’t want that strain on Bedard. Diversion tactics.
