I think it's safe to say the Jets are a mediocre team, they're a streaky team. Not many good teams get 2 5 on 3 powerplays plus a mountain of powerplays on top of that and not score 1 goal plus they haven't been able to win big games in their own conference like this against Dallas or Vegas it's eye opening as a Jets fan personally.
