Stu is right, Panthers did play a great game…so head high everyone
I gotta say one thing, can’t give kulikov a shout out in this one when he’s the reason the only goal was scored against us. He pinched when he had absolutely no business doing so and the puck popped right past him for a break. I know we pinch aggressively and I like it when we do it correctly but with whoever it was going down in the corner and the leafs player way closer to the loose puck then Kuli left him stranded with no high support

Games like this are going to happen. At least the effort was there for the entire game. That’s what the fans want. Tkachuk has to start getting points though. The sooner the better.

There is a good section of leaf fans who see things with rose coloured glasses. A second round exit where we got trampled by a gritty and skilled Florida team in 5, our players not showing up for game 3 at all, becomes 'we made progress and got to the second round'. I mean, these fools were chanting 'we want florida' how delusional can you get!?
