NHL Highlights | Red Wings vs. Rangers – November 29, 2023
K’Andre Miller fired home the game-tying goal and added an assist and Jimmy Vesey batted in the game-winner in the dying minutes of the third as the New York Rangers rallied late to defeat the Detroit Red Wings 3-2.
Rangers felt the pressure down by 1 and felt the need to cross check wings into the walls, many of which involved the head, and miraculously stopped doing those checks when they were finally up
I tried. I was a Red Wings fan during the Dead Wings time. I hoped with Yzerman for years when it seemed futile. Until finally the Russian Five came and we had some success. But it has been over 20’years since then. And each year I have hoped the Wings would finally turn it around. And when Yzerman came back I a management role I hoped once again.
But now I know it is futile. Detroit is a black hole of talent. Whether it be Barry Sanders or any of the other Detroit pro team prospects. We are doomed.
Success doesn’t happen in Detroit anymore. We are a perpetual story of what might have been.
All professional sports would be better if Detroit departed from the league. Even the Lions whiner enjoying rare success will find a way to pull defeat from the jaws of victory. Thanksgiving was just a preview.
Can't be giving pucks away in the neutral zone against an elite team like the Rangers boys… Some positives for the Wings though, great game from Fabbri which was nice to see, takes a big hit from Trouba even though he knows is coming to make a play that leads to a goal and gets rewarded with a goal of his own. Him and Mo really stepped up with Larks out. Bounce back game tomorrow, stay positive! LGRW.
So does the crossbar work like the goal line? Bc most the puck maybe all of it was over the crossbar. Idk rangers deserved it thanks to their 3rd period.
GG Rangers fans!.. my Red Wings played with a lot of heart!.. you guy's have a really good team and should be proud of them!.. the Wings shouldn't hang their heads even though it was a tough loss😌
Can honestly say this game was the first time I've seen a player high stick themselves in the face with another players stick. But god damn was it kind of hilarious. Not sure why they didnt show it here.
Finally some bad reffing favoring the Rangers… For the past year or so this team gets fked by reviews more than the rest of the league COMBINED! Good to get it confirmed that its just sheer incompetence instead of majoe toronto office corruption. Rangers played better and deserved the W anyways (even tho it was clearly high stick)
