  2. this canuck management group are rockstars. if you break down the elements of horvat trade, the canucks got hronek, suter and zadorov for him.

  3. Gillis was never once interviewed for a GM position says it all after leaving Vancouver. That team he had should have made two appearances to the finals!

  4. Just make all contract terminations count against the cap. You avoid that whole concern of exploitation in the future.

  5. You guys make it sound like playing defense is splitting the atom. It's not!!!!! You've got Foote and Gonchar as coaches. Hughes and Hronek as players. It is a skill that can be taught and learned…. especially on the Canucks!! Like countless others before him, with his solid foundation, Juulsen could become a very good defenseman on this team. Even Meyers could….but doubtful.
