The first period last night was the worst I've seen this team play, maybe ever, but Jarry kept them in it, and then after the first intermission they got it together. I feel like there's some potential with this team, last night kind of felt like a turning point like you said. If Jarry stays consistent they might win a round or two. I feel like that's a big if but we will see.
Hunter and Pat, both of you do a great job I enjoy watching, you both do a really great job of providing your insight on the Penguins.
You mentioned about this being a season changing game and the more I think about it, last night felt like the New Year's Eve game from the 2015-16 season when The Penguins were in Detroit playing the Red Wings. The Penguins got behind 2-0, like last night, came back and scored 5 unanswered goals and really got a lot of momentum from that game and we know how that season ended.
The more I think about it and given the way it started, this absolutely could be a game that turns it around and gets it going.
If the Pens ever get their powerplay to work the way it should they could be a very dangerous team to play.
