1. What’s the point of having Jiricek in the lineup if he only plays 9:50 (meanwhile Werenski plays more than 30 minutes!) Send him to Cleveland and let Blankenburg play if that’s what we’re going to do.
2. Does Vincent hate KJ? Because I’m starting to believe he actually does hate KJ.
3. We do a lot of things poorly coached teams do, it can’t be a coincidence.
Not much you can do when you take 6 penalties and score 1 goal. Martin kept this a game
Boston hasn’t lost at home in regulation this year. Refs were shit.
Now that that’s out of the way, jfc is our powerplay dogshit and Laine is a statistical anchor. I feel bad for the guy, but he’s not it right now.
How hot of a take is it if I say I think Werenski should be captain? I just don’t see a lot of leadership qualities in Boone. He’s a great guy, great player, but I don’t know. Zach seems more involved in the community, the team, etc. from what I see. He seems more willing to hold players accountable for their play (in a recent interview specifically) and just seems like he’d be a solid captain.
I don’t know, maybe I’m wrong.

I just want to see signs of progress at this point.
Let’s be real we probably weren’t gonna beat Boston a second time, but why is it such a problem playing a full 60 minutes of good hockey, every game there’s at least 5-10 minutes (sometimes more) where we just shut down.
Someone mentioned to me that we don’t have that much of a talented team, if that’s true then we can’t afford to not play hard. So what’s the problem? Is this a coaching thing or do the players have to be changed?
The penalties killed us.
I just had a daughter and I want her to enjoy hockey. This team is not enjoyable.
Also: Pazzy, if you’re gonna bring KJ back, you need to give him a ton of minutes and at this point in the season it should be in the top 2 lines. If not, just keep him in Cleveland and let him dominate.
I don’t see the point of having him on the ice for barely 10 minutes every night, a player like that can’t make an impact with such little minutes.
How do we let a Boston team that played in Canada last night and got back late as hell through customs outwork us in the third period. So many stupid penalties and we just get out-efforted by a team who should be exhausted in comparison.
