Corey Perry and the Chicago Blackhawks have some weird stuff happening off the ice after the Hawks mysteriously scratched him and have now announced that he will be away from the team for the “foreseeable future”. This is bad news for them and even more negative press after the Kyle Beach situation.

There was no Kyle Beach disaster. It was a woke NHL + Media creation.
Perhaps Perry has a family situation and he offered to continue playing, and the Hawks told him to go home and handle it.
Hence "organizational decision" and after seeing the shit storm, Perry posted his message.
Also, where is Peter Mrazek? He should have played one of the two games over the holiday, but he's invisible, and no one is even talking about that.

UPDATE: Perry has just been placed on unconditional waivers by the Blackhawks for the purposes of terminating his contract based on an internal investigation where they determined that Perry engaged in "conduct that is unacceptable, and in violation of both the terms of his Standard Player's Contract and the Blackhawks' internal policies".
