I see a goalie trade happening from the oilers, but idk about perry going to the oilers.
Whichever goalie Edm acquires it won't make a lick of difference. He'll still be hung out by Holland's awful roster construction.
Managers that focus on the goalies are bad managers.If your team is struggling defensively you have either really bad players or a bad coach or both and often it is both from what I keep seeing from poor defensive structures.No such thing as mental reset or getting a different view these guys have been playing high level hockey for MANY years what they need is good coaching.
Typically media are awful at their job they asked the dumbest often loaded questions I really wouldn't pay any of them they are al amateurs at their job.

As an oilers fan I would welcome Barrie back with open arms. Was a bad trade just for cap space. Our defence went down hill without him.
Campbell has always played his best hockey in the playoffs. But he needs to get there. I haven’t given up fully on him. He can still pull it off. But I’m more in the trade him now group

The only way Jackson should be pitching Campbell is the playoff angle. Campbell is more of a paradox than inconsistent. For some reason he just doesn't give a shit about the regular season. But when rhe playoffs roll around Campbell fights for his right to party. Campbell's a rock star in the playoffs.

The Devils do not need a “soft” dman. Fitz has been amazing but he has missed the chance to bulk up the D as teams know hitting the Devs is the way to beat them.
Wouldn’t mind seeing Perry back in a Ducks jersey again. We all miss him in Anaheim.
