Sens fan here, MDZ was in Belleville because he was a constant liability on the ice for Ottawa. Sure he put up a chunk of secondary assists, but the sample size wasn't enough to show how many insane mistakes he made. Fans were calling for his head during his stint.

Whit.. there wasn't any body contact in the '97 Quebec PeeWee Tournament… Had a team from Sudbury there.. Our team came from a contact league and then come to non contact tournament.. brutal…the teams that came from a non contact league were dirty..the stick work, hacking and whacking unreal…contact would take that out…

Next time ask Michael, when a London Knight he was dating a Windsor girl and in all honesty they were a really, really cute couple and I posted a picture of them in the OHL ALUMNI on FACEBOOK that I have run for many, many years. He was great about it but he DM'd me and in a very nice way he said Bob please take down that picture, I was so embarrassed but he seemed to be happy when I did delete it, kind of like "no harm no foul" That trade that London made for Del Zotto/Tavares resulted in the greatest OHL 5-game playoff I' have ever witnessed, all 5 games went to overtime with the Spitfires winning the series and taking their first of back-to-back Memorial Cups. So so ong, his Markle story just reminded me of it.
