The Rangers definitely dont need Monahan hes basically like most players they have they need some grit up front with skill that they need for the postseason obviously theres not much to improve their regular season so far
Lindholm obviously fits a Bruins need and I know Sweeney loves him. Just don’t know how they trade for him. He’s the missing piece.
So I would like lindholm but both boston centers currently have better numbers this year

Conroy has been a weak GM thus far not impressed with his returns Trofoli was a robbery and zadorov was worth a second
Zadorov wants to be in an american market so hes a vancouver rental from cgy so if he doesnt resign there we could only get a couple picks , but would have also liked to see us in cgy get a 2 way ahl prospect nhl

I don't think the package you'd need to give to get Lindholm given his struggles this season would make much sense for Boston. I also don't see a scenario where DeBrusk a 1st and Harrison (who's like a b-tier prospect at best) would get it done. DeBrusk has also struggles this season and if you are giving up your number 1 center in the package to get him there's no reason to think that would stop. If I was Calgary I'd more likely want Firanacci, or Poitras, one of the better center prospects a 1st, and Derek Forbort, or Gryz. Not that they'd want either guy long term. But to then flip that player on too and get even more assets.

Allen going to Edmonton won't fix Edmonton. Getting rid of Nurse and getting two competent defensemen in there will suddenly make the goaltenders already there look competent.
I think the Rangers need a 1st line right wing for the playoffs because no one have been fiting perfectly with Ziba and Kreider. Would love to see Tarasenko back there or maybe Mikael Granlund cuz he has played very well in San Jose and he can play winger also.

I can't see Saros being moved midseason, that feels more like an offseason move if it happens, there's no urge for Nashville to move him right now when they can probably get more for him in the summer.
While I don’t think NYR should go after Monohan, they’re 16th in the league in even strength goals. While that’s not bad I certainly wouldn’t call it good.

NYR doesn’t need Monahan. They need a guy like Lawson Crouse. A top six hitter and corner guy. Kreider plays too soft. He doesn’t hit or fight for pucks.
