  1. How can the Leafs beat the Sens? Use the same blueprint the Oilers did to on Wednesday Eastern beat the Canes 6-1. In that game the Oilers chased Pyotr Kochetkov by having scored 3 goals on 6 shots in just under 6 minutes on him and continuing the heat on Antti Raanta (the latter having allowed 3 goals on 22 more Oiler shots). Yes the Canes outshot the Oilers 40-34 but on faceoffs the Oilers won just over half. Neither team scored a PP or shorthanded goal on the other while there were minimal penalties (just 2 and 1 the Oilers and Canes respectively took, all minors). I'd like to believe the Leafs will play a similar type of game against the Sens although that may just be wishful thinking given the poor state of the Leafs' blueline.

  2. Klingberg surgery? The usually suspects have been insinuating for weeks that there was nothing wrong with him.

    Timmins? Just waive him.

Ristolainen. He is a bottom pair RD on the Flyers. Where would he slot in on the Leafs? Would the problems come back if he moved up the line up? Still, if he could be top 4 he is what Treliving likes.

    Work hard. LOL.
