  1. Dubas Did what he did from Hextall's mistakes. But yet the fanbase blames him which never makes sense I Trust Dubas its the players who have to start playing up to potential and stop relying on crosby-malkin-tanger

  2. Glad you guys mentioned Zach Parise! I've been talking about this for a few days now. I think he would be a great fit for the bottom six, getting them some finishing that they lack right now for near league minimum. I also still think they'll need to a make a trade or 2 at the forward position for a power forward like Josh Anderson. Not sure if I necessarily want that particular guy but a player like him who can finish in front of the net.

  3. I’ll keep saying it until it’s done. Sully and the coaching staff need to go! The system doesn’t work and before you blow the whole team up and start the rebuild you owe it to your veterans to put a shot of adrenaline in the arm. Sully was a great coach with Pittsburgh during his time but it’s time for a new direction.

  4. Listened to the postgame radio commentary. Interestingly they talked about the odds makers picking the bolts to win despite pens dominating them for a while now.

  5. great show guys, BTW Jay Caufield confirmed my stance and called for the third line of doc-eller-Z to be reunited. This would at least give us two good lines. Why can't sully see this.

Is it time in Malkins career where he needs to be moved to the wing? Imo we need a very good 2c and have malkin on the wing where he wont be able to turn the puck over as much in the middle of the ice.
I would be willing to trade rak and smith for a solid 2nd line center.

  6. At this point, don't decline the penalty and power play, just immediately have Harkins or Carter foul someone and we can just play 4 on 4, which I think we may be able to actually thrive, a little.

  7. The pens are god awful… watching them play this bad is just pain. They wont make the post season sadly

  8. There probably will be some lateral trades throughout this year, but the biggest change the Penguins can make this season is with coaching. We have a coaching staff that just seems convinced they are on the right path, but the players look like they have lost faith. Sullivan will be fine he'll get another job quickly.

We need a coaching staff that gets this team playing some team defense, since speed game went out the window years ago. And a coach that isn't blind to how terrible our powerplay is. Even when they score on the powerplay it's almost always against a bad PK team in a situation where the goal is unlikely to change the outcome of the game.

  9. When Raks was on Malkins line, even though he wasn’t scoring, he drew opposing players which benefited Smith on the left side

  10. When Pens start a PP, I know I have enough time to go make a bag of popcorn and not miss anything
