In regards to the game itself, that might be our best effort of the season! Don’t even care that Tampa was on the 2nd game of a back-to-back. They’re still a great team. That’s also our first time beating them in a while. I think the last time we beat them was when Jeanner got his first NHL goal lol, but I could be wrong. Anyway, awesome stuff. Love this team.
There’s 2 ways to face your former team; the Jeannot method and the Watson method. I have respect for them both, but Watson needs some repercussion for that shit at the end. That was wholly unnecessary and dangerous. Imagine if that was a few feet higher…
This team is just so damn fun to watch again. I missed this the past few years. Even when we lose, I’m rarely mad because they still put in unreal effort and it’s entertaining hockey.
I love McD and ROR. They have both been such good additions to this team

I would like to believe that Watson just didn’t see Lauzon and was hammering the puck in frustration… but he’s a professional hockey player, he was skating in Lauzon’s direction, he was directly in front of him and he has eyes so I don’t think I can. Fucking scumbag.

He’s another dope we received last year that has turned into a solid D’man, particularly during this fantastic run we’re currently on
