Well, sucks that the streak is over, but like what Tyson said, it’s one loss, regroup and beat Boston. Hopefully we can stay in it, go Yotes.

The last time we have beaten Boston on the road is 2010 lol, really hoping we can bounce back from this loss but with our track record that seems unlikely
Edit: I think the 2010 win was in the Czech Republic, so make that 2009
Obviously, this is only one loss, and we can’t overreact, but I really hope we get Durzi and Hayton back soon.
Interestingly, Cooley was on the ice for every goal against tonight (+/- of -4) despite not playing as many minutes as some of the other big names. Before Hayton was out, Cooley was at a +/- of -1. Now, he’s at a -9 after tonight, I believe.
Edit: Cooley is -9 only based on the games after Hayton was injured. He’s -10 overall.
I’d rather lose tonight and beat Boston at home, not gonna lie.
We only lost because the Flyers haven’t recently won a Stanley Cup. We’ll bounce back against the Bruins
Tough lost
Not ideal, but there are still a lot of games to play. On to the next
Put to bed the Cooley top line dreams, please. He’s absolutely a future 1C prospect, but what line does he fit on? It sure as hell isn’t the 1st. Look at Jersey. Jack Hughes is going to be a perennial Hart candidate, he’s their 2C, this isn’t chel you don’t need to overstack your top line until it doesn’t work, which it absolutely doesn’t right now. Cooley has always played with a power forward and a sniper, play to everyone’s strengths please
Tough loss, but ultimately not unexpected given the age of our team vs Torts’ immense experience coaching in the NHL. We tried our best and kept the shots even, we just got stifled by a Cup-pedigree coach with decades of experience.
