That was both reckless and negligent. Fines are BS and I think suspensions are much more effective. normal human reaction time is 200ms or so, but trained athletes easily get down to more like 50ms.. he could have stopped the shot. He could have dropped the power from his swing in time, and didn't. I didn't make those numbers up by the way, you can google it
