    A phenomenal hire by Andlauer and Staios! Helps to address some of their more systemic, repetitive issues, but doesn't disrupt the staff too much. Now it's up to DJ and the coaching staff to actually listen to Jacques and make suggested changes.

    DJ understands the game but fails to implement a complimentary sytem's based game plan to maximize the teams strengths and minimize their weaknesses, hell it seems he can't identify their area's of concern because the same old mistakes and defensive lapses keep showing up.

    Batherson frustrates people because we know how good he is. When he was in Belleville and his first season in Ottawa he was tenacious on the puck and relentless and he seems to have lost that for the Dipsy doodling… Although he's been playing a lot better this season. The Thomas Chabot injury is a blessing in disguise. This will allow the other defenceman to get more ice time, more experience and more confidence which is super important for development. Nobody gets better playing 8 to 10 minutes a night. We need to have confidence in all three defensive pairings. Just my two cents of course! Would like to see a third pairing of Kleven/JBD.

    There are so many new voices coming in. I'm afraid it's gonna take at least a year before. These guys start to get it. There's gonna be too much information coming at them

    Andlauer needs to hire a Media coach for both his coaching staff and the core players on how to NOT over promise and under deliver.

    Does Steve Staios listen to this show ? I recall Wally stating a few months ago that they should consider bringing Jacques Martin back.

    Wally = Staios whisperer or just Staios listening to Alfie when he was asked who would you get to fix the defensive issues ?

    My new favourite part of the show is when Wally gets surprised by Yorkie. Happy Birthday Wally! Glad the Sens are starting to give a full 60 minute effort just like Wally, Yorkie and Bobby!!
