Even in his first go around it totally smacked of them trying to be faddish and ape Arizona hiring a young GM in John Chayka. Neither of which turned out as it happened.

Genuinely curious as to whether or not FSG is influencing the firing of Sullivan. Considering they love him and gave him an earlier than needed extension that has him paid for many more years.

If you think this is on Dubas in any way shape or form you don’t watch Penguins hockey. The guys he signed for bottom 6 were playing well but are hurt, the goalie he resigned has been incredible and he immediately fixed our Goalie depth. EK has been incredible. The only thing aging really poorly is the Graves signing. Hes made one bad signing and could’ve done a better job with defensive depth. Thats it.

Pens roll out a collection of future Hall of Famers on the power play who can’t seem to figure it out and the people jump on Dubas? What do you want him to do, take Crosby and Malkin off the first unit? Those guys need to find the answer themselves, they’re plenty capable of it.
