i like him a lot but should we pay him more thant 5 millions $, an offer i refused before the last season? 5,5 M maybe for a player of his style but Bergevin won't dare go over that.

I'm all for re-signing Danault but it must be reasonable. Yes he is a shutdown centre perhaps the best in the league but the Cup Final showed we need more firepower upfront all while keeping players like Evans and Lehkonen for defensive purposes. Our only play in the Final was to limit their scoring chances and be opportunistic but we did not have enough firepower to finish when we needed it.

Fun fact… Danault has to wear a visor whenever he skates because if he didn't his head would pull to the right as he picks up speed. Same principle as the Rocketeer.

Guys a bum. Was too busy crying at the start of the season to play some good hockey and only started playing when the coach catered to him and gave him what he wanted. Good bye Danault, have fun being the #1 guy on a team like Minny, let those fans see how much you AREN'T a top six player.
