The Oilers might have a tough time getting players to come to camp on a PTO or one-year deal because their depth chart is too full. They simply have too many quality forwards.

Gagner needs 33 games this season to make 1,000 games in the league. He'll play way more than that in Winnipeg. No guarantees he would have gotten 33 games with the Oilers.
