Everyone wrote them off 3 weeks into the season. Meanwhile, not much matters for almost every team until the real season starts in April and which teams are prepared
Honestly being a canuck fan myself and seeing how good Vegas , van and l.a are if Edmonton makes the playoffs I think at best it will be a wild card spot. I don't see them catching up to the top 3 teams in are division. And honestly I think bad goaltending will start to catch up with Edmonton again soon.

Skinner didn't have a bad second period… the defense had a bad second period. They gave up some odd-man rushes that they haven't been giving up since they started winning. They also slipped back into the bad habit where the forwards weren't covering the front of the net in the defensive zone. Let's hope they don't fall back in to the way they were playing at the beginning of the season.
Do you think the Oilers were lying in the weeds a little after being touted as a cup favourite? They went from that to the Oilers SUCK! Which gave them some motivation to make the armchair Oilers critics eat their words. I have to admit, my faith was even shaken a little. I will die an Oilers fan, altho I moved for a financial opportunity, I live in a place very close to the Marlborough Mall now. This is great channel. 👍

I agree the goals were not 74’s fault but he clearly plays better with lots of rest and we need a tender that can stop the occasional bombardment much like Fleury did for most of the night.
That win over Minnesots propelled us over them in the overall standings as well as over Seattle who are going in the opposite direction compared to us.
