  1. It's very obvious that Skinner is already better than Koskinen. He's not a legit starter quite yet, but he's already a solid back up. When Smith comes back, providing he plays well and stays healthy, They need to find a way to get rid of Koskinens contract and use that money for a trade for a Dman. Skinner is ready to back up Smith

  2. Perlini sounds like he’s got a good head on his shoulders. I hope he can keep that attitude and work ethic for the rest of the season because I’m sure it’s infectious

  3. Good answers. Stupid questions.
I think, Mike Smith has been a great influence on this team. He gives a solid interview, no cliches and others are following his example.
Beats "We've been inconsistent all year", "Have to give it 110%" and so on.
Now if we could just get some of these journalists to up their game.

  4. Wow that goal Perlini made was a top 3 shot on net.
And Yes!! Warren Foegele is on the Board!
Right on! love the way this guy plays.
Perlini played to get the puck to the net last night. Plus He likes to shoot good for Edmonton.
Foegele has been close so many times he got an empty netter but don’t matter makes up for all his hard work!
Cheering for him get a few more!!

  5. Skinner did well! The first goal of CBJ is a lousy defense. A team that shoots more has a big chance of making a goal than doing lots of passes that go nowhere. All teams in NHL are focused on McDavid and Drai not to give them chances to go for a goal. So nake them as bait so that the rest of the team will do the goal.

  6. Perlini is a heck of a player and I wish he would get more ice time here, but the Oilers are a heck of team and it's hard to get minutes when the team your on has the 2 best players in the league. I really like his mind set and he understands how stuff works. I wish him luck on his career.
