  1. hopefully by the deadline sanjose, capitals, and islanders are out of the race. opening up a trade for ferraro, fehevary, or romanov… these are the type of d men you want to add because they arent just rentals and are an improvement, both short and long term for the leafs. forget these tanev/parayko/risto type guys. ridiculous. go leafs go!!!!!

  2. Did you guys NEED to put Risto in the thumbnail? Trying to give me nightmares? I want no part of that

  3. Leafs have to trade first round picks/prospects for a couple of defensive minded defencemen. Last year with Nylander so 6+ million should help with resigning/paying a full year contract next year.

  4. Waiting could be the difference between making the playoffs and not were all just anxious and worried comes with being a leafs fan

  5. Giving up assets for rentals when you are not a real contender is a waste. Leafs can’t be a contender until JT’s contract ends and he resigns at a lower number.
