The Leafs looked… competent for this game. It was refreshing to see the team put in a full game. I'm thinking this was the the best Leafs performance so far this year. Everyone seemed to have an above average game. Great job!

Preds did not bring their "A" game tonight, but Leafs did work hard, and earned the victory. Huge game for Samsonov, he needed a serious confidence booster. Leafs actually played some D, I was shocked.
