Looks to be a phone hearing. So <5 days. 2-3 sounds about right to me. Thanks for the 7 min PP and GWG Guddy!

  2. Should definitely be a suspension. We will see what they do.

  3. I love the apologists take. “That’s what you can expect when the officials lose control”

    1. Downgrading the penalty to be a minor isn’t “losing control of the game”. There were a few things that might have been called before then (e.g.. Stolarz getting run) but weren’t. I probably leave it a major if I’m an official, but they saw it not as an intent to injure. Guds didn’t help his cause by playing possum then springing up to grab Cousins.

    2. The premeditated gooned-up retribution was a terrible decision which ultimately cost his team any chance at earning points in what was a one goal game with a ton of time left, and now likely earns him some time suspended as well.

    3. Cousins turtled up is not a good look for him but honestly the way Guds looks so dead after the hit but surprise he’s fine “Call an ambulance…but not for me!” and the way he simply scored a surprise takedown during his retribution, there’s not really a chance for him to to react and defend himself in either incident.

Not defending Cousin’s hit btw it deserved to be penalized, but Guds made a terrible decision and it cost his team and now…him.

Are there any replays available? I had to work and missed all the fun!
