I believe in blade and flat theory, meaning using knees, elbows, feet, hands, and shoulder tops to attack anywhere on the body especially at/ below knee level and at/ above shoulder area should be ejectedable offense. I would include the chest area for basketball because they don’t have chest protection.

I see this both ways. He didn’t stick the leg out. The leg was out as he is skating to make a contact. However, he makes no attempt to pull the leg back. As he can see, the contact is coming. Like I don’t think it was intentional but it could have been easily avoidable.
